While setting up flowers at a local hospital, SAF Board Member Dave Boutlon, of Flowers by George in Arlington, Wash. ran into a familiar face; his local Congressman Rick Larsen.

Boulton, who has attended SAF's Congressional Action Days in past years and met with Larsen, brought up the fact that he will be joining other floral industry members for the 30th Annual CAD March 8-9 this year.

"Larsen and I have developed a great relationship in part becuase of my meetings we have had during Hill visits at CAD," said Boulton "and this year's event is just another chance to build that relationship."
